9月26日,龙门大桥项目取得突破性进展:西锚碇散索鞍鞍体与底座实现精准对接,龙门大桥完成首件散索鞍安装作业,正式拉开上部结构施工序幕。

龙门大桥是广西在建的最长跨海大桥,是广西首座千米级跨海悬索桥。项目路线全长7.637公里,其中桥梁总长6597米,主航道桥采用主跨1098米单跨吊全漂浮体系钢箱梁悬索桥,可满足20000吨级邮轮通航要求。

散索鞍作为悬索桥的重要结构,其主要作用是改变主缆的传力方向,将主缆分散为索股并分别锚固在锚碇上。

龙门大桥共计四件散索鞍,此次吊装的是西锚碇左幅散索鞍鞍体,鞍体尺寸长5米、宽4.5米、高3.8米,为铸焊组合结构。本次吊装重量为80.2吨,吊装高度达50米。吊装作业时间长、风险高,受作业空间限制,鞍体起吊角度及安装精度控制难度大。

为攻克吊装难题,确保鞍体安装精度与安全,在龙门大桥指挥部的统筹指导下,龙门大桥中交路建项目部采用BIM三维技术精确模拟现场吊装数据,不断优化施工方案,严格落实安全技术交底工作,选择采用400吨大型履带吊设备进行吊装作业,利用预先设计匹配的钢丝绳调整吊装角度和姿态,待鞍体吊装姿态平稳之后,在专业技术人员的指导下,鞍体顺利起吊,成功与底座精准对接,圆满完成首件鞍体安装。

目前,龙门大桥项目已经进入上部结构施工,预计在10月上旬完成东、西两岸的锚碇散索鞍吊装,并同步进行主索鞍安装,为后续的牵引系统施工和猫道架设奠定坚实基础。
